Enoka Herat is the ACLU Police Practices & Immigration Counsel. She will present Immigration Law in the US from 1857 to current times. She will trace the history of US Immigration laws. She will discuss the Keep Washington Working Act. After her presentation, she will be available to answer questions from the audience.
